O2 Tox Peel

The Dermathod O2 Tox Peel is a Korean spicule treatment designed to exfoliate and renew the skin, visibly refine texture, brighten dull skin, minimize the appearance of pores, and leave the complexion smoother and more polished.

Formulated with 30,000 ppm of microscopic sponge-derived spicules, O2 Tox offers an at-home approach to liquid microneedling without a traditional microneedling device. An oxygenating micro-bubble formula pairs the spicules with niacinamide, centella asiatica, peptides, ceramide NP, and hydrating ingredients to support the skin throughout the treatment.

Unlike a traditional acid peel, the resurfacing action comes from the spicules themselves. A distinctive prickling sensation is expected and may remain noticeable when touching or cleansing the skin for up to 48–72 hours.

What Are Spicules?

Spicules are microscopic needle-like structures derived from freshwater sponge. In skincare, they're used to provide intensive physical stimulation and exfoliation and are the technology behind treatments commonly referred to as liquid microneedling.

O2 Tox contains 30,000 ppm of hydrolyzed sponge spicules. When gently pressed into the skin, they create the characteristic prickling sensation of the treatment while supporting the skin's natural renewal process.

The result is a distinctly different resurfacing experience for skin that looks smoother, brighter, and more refined.

How to Use Dermathod O2 Tox Peel

1. Use in the evening on freshly cleansed skin.
2. Apply 4–5 pumps evenly over the face.
3. Allow the oxygenating micro-bubbles to activate.
4. Once bubbling subsides, gently tap and press the treatment into the skin for up to one minute. Do not rub or scrub.
5. Do not rinse.
6. Once fully absorbed, follow with a gentle moisturizer.
7. Apply broad-spectrum SPF every morning.

Use once weekly. Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, scrubs, and other intensive exfoliating treatments in the same routine.
