What is your cancellation/no-show policy?
Cancellation policy: 48 hours must be given to cancel an appointment. Anything less than that will result in your card being charged 50% of the service.
No shows will be charged 100 percent of the service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointment's only, no walk ins.
Come as you are. You are not allowed to apologize.
